Short Description:

1. Genuine Epson S3200 industrial grade print head
The nozzle resolution is 600dpi (2 columns), and the variable ink drop technology realizes multi-gray printing, so that high-speed and high-quality printing can kill two birds with one stone. The footprint is smaller, and it better corresponds to the Single-Pass printing ink circulation function, which makes the ink drop ejection more stable.
2. Imported THK silent guide rail
Adopt Japanese THK ultra-quiet SS+ grade linear guide rail, low noise, high precision and durable.
3. Strengthen the beam
The thickened steel beam is used for multiple heat treatment aging guarantees, and the accuracy error of the beam is controlled at 0.03mm to ensure that the trolley runs with higher precision.
4. Industrial servo drive reducer
The paper take-up and release system adopts an industrial-grade servo-driven reducer, which is fast, high-precision, and more stable for paper take-up and delivery.
5. Fully enclosed suction platform
The self-developed fully enclosed suction platform design has high precision and good sealing performance, which can meet the printing needs of thinner paper with lower grammage, and the printing platform is not prone to problems such as drumming and wrinkling paper.
6. Pneumatic rubber roller lifting structure
Pneumatic rubber roller lifting structure ensures balanced pressing force and no loss of function for long-term use. The paper guide roller of the whole machine is a large rubber roller, which is easy to replace, disassemble, install and maintain later.
7.15L super large continuous ink supply system
The 15-liter super large continuous ink supply system, combined with the negative pressure ink circuit, can completely achieve long-term stable printing without continuous ink and ink flying.
8. Multi-grayscale output
Epson’s unique VSDT (Variable Droplet Technology) can freely control the size of the jetted ink droplets, thereby reducing the graininess of the picture, presenting more picture details, smooth color transition, and high saturation
