2. The material stop limit device of the winding mechanism has not been reliably limited, resulting in uneven winding;
Treatment method: Adjust the material stop device, usually the position of the A-type iron, so that it can effectively limit the winding material.
3. The material head is not adjusted properly when leading the material, and the winding starts, resulting in uneven winding;
Treatment method: When the winder is in use, it should be manually wound 5-6 times in the early stage to ensure that the material head is wound neatly.
4. The thickness of the winding material tape is uneven, one side is thick and the other is thin, and the winding speed is different;
Treatment method: You can properly adjust the winding speed to ensure that the winding is tightened.
5. Incomplete collection caused by insufficient tension.
It is necessary to install a tensioning device, and use the tensioner to continuously maintain the tension on the winder, so as to ensure that the materials with uneven thickness can be neatly collected.
