1. Detection sensor (probe): It is composed of an upper detection sensor and a lower detection sensor (located under the conveyor belt), forming a height that can pass through different specifications of detection items, referred to as detection height. Principle: Magnetic sensitive signal, referred to as magnetic cutting line.

2. Circuit control system: signal amplification circuit, signal loop alarm system, and power protection circuit. The principle of three major components: Through signal amplification, iron foreign objects can be captured more quickly, and when iron foreign objects hit and destroy the normal magnetic cutting line, The magnetic cutting line is twisted and deformed. At this time, the circuit outputs a trigger signal to form an alarm loop, achieving the ideal effect of detection and alarm.

3. Motor: Gear reduction single-phase capacitor rotating motor Principle: The gear ratio rotates to reduce load and prolong life.
4. Conveyor belt: The function of the conveyor belt is to carry the items to be detected through the detection sensor for detection, so it adopts anti-static special nylon, weaves warp and weft into mesh cloth, and glues special rubber on the surface, which is absolutely guaranteed The conveyor belt does not contain a little iron and metal components, so as to ensure that there is no alarm when the sensor is detected.

5. Frame: The frame made of steel plate serves as a bridge for the whole needle detector, and is the primary frame of the multifunctional state structure of the needle detector, making its performance more stable. The appearance is electrostatically sprayed, which is beautiful and can extend service life.

6. Wing shell: It not only plays the role of appearance decoration, but it is mostly made of aluminum plate in the early stage, which has a certain signal shielding effect compared with iron plate. Since the aluminum plate shell is purely handmade, it is suitable for manufacturers with small production volume or customized non-standard Machines, powerful manufacturers all use self-opening engineering hard plastic shells.

7. Transmission shaft: Four transmission shafts with stainless steel tubes combined with plane bearings as rolling structure make the transmission concentricity more ensure smooth transmission lubrication, low noise, low heat, and prolong service life.

8. Photoelectric Infrared Intermitter – When it is working, it will emit a beam of invisible infrared rays. When the inspected object passes through, the infrared ray will intercept and send a signal to the recorder, and finally count the qualified items.

9. Fixed feet: Each machine has 4 fixed feet, which can be adjusted smoothly and firmly when installing the machine until the machine does not shake.

10. Control panel: used to control the operation of the machine, adjust the sensitivity, display counting and other functions.
