There are a few things to consider:
1. Main pump
The power of the main pump directly affects the penetration ability of the dye solution. If the power of the main pump is too small, the dye solution cannot completely penetrate the fabric on the inner drum, and large areas of dyed flowers or gradual colors will appear on the fabric surface; When the liquid injection port is used, the spraying pressure will cause the cloth to flee. Therefore, when selecting the main pump, the above phenomena must be considered, and a reasonable pipeline should be designed accordingly to maximize the efficiency of the main pump and minimize energy consumption.
2. Sealing
Since the warp beam dyeing machine is a high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing machine, if air enters during the dyeing process, the following abnormalities will occur:
Oxidative decomposition of dyes. When the temperature is higher than 80°C, dyes are easy to oxidatively decompose when exposed to air, especially reactive dyes.
If the air enters the rolled fabric with the dye solution, the surface of the fabric will not be colored, air spots will be generated, and the fabric surface will be abnormal.
If air enters during scouring and bleaching, the surface of the fabric will be oxidized and brittle, the tear strength will decrease, and coloring will be abnormal during dyeing.
