When the degree of softness and hardness are different, under the strong pressure of the external warp yarn, the soft part of the internal warp yarn will shrink more than the hard part of the winding, so that it will form obvious sinking or subsidence, even in the collapsed part or subsidence. In general, it can be seen that the height of the yarn part and the yarn surface on both sides is different. The larger the winding diameter of the weaving beam, the greater the pressure of the outer warp yarn on the inner warp yarn, and the easier it is to produce a yarn defect shaft.

3. Preventive measures
To reduce the yarn shaft, we should start by reducing the factors that cause the difference in winding density of the weaving shaft or the factors that are too soft. The specific measures are as follows:
(1) Evenly arrange the yarn, and the edge should not be too thin or less than the disc of the weaving shaft.
(2) Appropriately increase the winding tension of the weaving shaft and the pressure of the pressing roller, and the pressing roller presses the yarn to the edge.
(3) The weaving shaft passes the machine cloth to the weaving shaft disc.
(4) After winding for 1.5-2m on the shaft, shake the yarn sheet to the side, and press the yarn pressing roller in time.
(5) Deal with broken ends and yarns in time.
(6) Repair the weaving shaft winding stepless speed change mechanism in time if there is any problem, and eliminate the loose shaft.
(7) The sizing rate and moisture regain of the left, middle and right sides of the warp yarn pieces should be as consistent as possible.
(8) Check the discs of the weaving beams one by one before loading, and there must be no skew.
(9) The sizing trough and drying cylinder should be processed in time to keep the channel clean and ensure even sizing and moisture regain.
