1. As a principle, the operation should be carried out after the main power supply is cut off. If the operation needs to be carried out while the main power supply is on, the stop button should be locked; for electrical maintenance and repair operations, qualified electrical security workers should be responsible .
2. Do not operate when the stop button is locked; do not operate when there are people or obstacles in the movable area of the loom; do not operate when the safety cover is removed; do not operate when the handwheel is on When the machine is on, do not run it; do not run it with tools and parts on the operation panel or machine cover; do not operate the button switch by more than two people; do not touch the button and switch with wet hands.
3. When using the spring extraction tool, the operation should be carried out by two people, one person uses the spring extraction tool to stretch the spring, and one person removes the upper wire rope.
4. When setting the opening amount, the opening arm should be adjusted at the opening angle. If done outside of the opening angle, the wire rope connector may fly out of the opening arm.
5. When replacing the timing belt, the cam should be placed at the maximum opening position for replacement. The cam may rotate suddenly if it is not operated at the maximum opening position.
6. When replacing the take-up change gear, use the take-up handwheel and clutch pedal to loosen the cloth before replacing it. If the work is carried out without loosening the cloth, the gear may turn sharply and your fingers may be caught.
7. When maintaining air filters, dust filters and other compressed air components, all compressed air trapped in the air pressure system should be exhausted before operation. If the operation is carried out without exhausting the air, the parts in the air compressor may fly out with the compressed air. When re-piping the air, the compressed air should be exhausted. If you work without draining, the air pressure will cause the pipe to jump up, causing work-related injuries. Never blow your body with compressed air.
8. Continuous operation is not allowed without a cover. Clothes or body parts may be caught in the rotating part.
9. When getting off the machine to change varieties, the main power supply should be cut off before operation. When placing the weaving beam on the creel, the weaving beam should be placed in the guide groove of the creel in parallel. If placed at an angle, the weaving shaft will fall off.
10. When moving the weaving shaft and cloth rolling roller, notify the surrounding people to pay attention, and pay attention not to squeeze hands and feet by the weaving shaft or cloth rolling roller.
11. When replacing the pulley, there is no need to cut off the power supply, and the stop button should be locked before operation. To prevent fire, check to see if the main motor wires are in contact with the housing.
12. Each roller is a heavy part, and care should be taken not to drop it when it is unloaded or supported from the loom, and when it is transported.
13. Do not put your hands close to the rotating part of the FDP (weft feeder) during operation, the yarn guide rotates at high speed. Touching with hands can cause bodily injury. Do not peek into the laser outlet of the FDP sensor, and do not reflect the laser light with mirrors, etc.
14. If you remove the fixed wires and cables, etc., be sure to restore them to their original shape. When replacing the sub-nozzle and solenoid valve, the wires should not come into contact with the main shaft.
15. When hands enter the electric control box, be sure to cut off the main power supply. When replacing related circuit boards such as FCU5, ELO or ETU, the main power supply should be cut off, and the operation should be carried out after one minute, because there is residual high voltage inside the electric control box, which may cause electric shock.
16. Do not press the touch panel with sharp objects. The touch panel and display screen are made of thin films, and the display screen carries extremely high voltage.
17. The removed covers and doors must be securely closed.
18. Practically carry out daily and regular cleaning, inspection and refueling 1) Clean and clear the flying flowers around the loom and the surrounding yarns and remove the wires wrapped around the rotating parts 2) Check whether there are abnormal sounds, odors, discoloration, heat generation and spark wires Whether there is any damage, whether it is in contact with the moving part, whether the cover, whether the cover and the moving part are in contact with the bolts, whether the oiling device and the oil pipe are abnormal.
19. At the end of the operation, wipe off the oil, butter and water on the ground.
20. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the factory, and smoking outside designated areas is prohibited. When using related power tools such as grinders and performing welding operations, the flying flowers in and around the construction area should be thoroughly removed.
21. When using mobile electrical facilities such as warp-tying machines, the power supply should be cut off when connecting to prevent sparks.
