5. Automatic control of warp and weft yarn density and loom speed, and on-machine adjustment according to relevant information during operation.

6. Automatic weft repair and automatic winding monitoring system to eliminate unreasonable parking and ensure the normal operation of the loom.
7. Electronic weft selection and color selection (4-12 colors): according to the requirements of computer software, weft yarns of different varieties or colors are selected for weft insertion.

8. All the information of the machine is displayed on the automatic screen and various production data are memorized and stored. The digital transmission function can be connected with a private computer database to realize network information storage.

9. The electronic automatic maintenance system can automatically drive after the fault is automatically repaired.

10. Automatic process change system: the change of weft density does not need to change gears, the change of new varieties can be simplified, such as weft yarn color selection and weft density change can be completed by means of electronic control system.

12. Man-machine dialogue: The highly developed electronic technology enables the air-jet loom to operate accurately, and the operation is simplified. It can be operated by pressing the button. Man-machine dialogue belongs to the category of electronic ergonomics, and the auxiliary functions of language software are used to replace difficult Understand the human language, and carry out the program control of the machine.

13. The function of automatic inspection of fabric defects: it can check the fabric defects according to the computer system and display them in simple language. It can quickly find the fabric defects and compare them with the electronic simulation defects for classification.

14. The establishment of the electronic dobby and electronic jacquard system has greatly improved the adaptability of the air-jet loom’s color varieties. The operating speed and weft insertion rate of the electronic jacquard loom have also been greatly increased to 2800 m/min.

15. The opening and closing system of the automatic winding mechanism and the yarn winding and decoiling control system can realize the weaving middle weft yarn without joints.
