Fabric common defects

1. Abrasion point of defective cloth surface: The cloth surface is damaged due to friction or abnormal force.
2. Printing on the back: In the printing process, there is often a padding cloth on the back, so that there are traces of printing on the back of the dyed cloth.
3. Rungs: Quality problems caused during the weaving process.
4. Twill pattern: Knitted, woven fabrics, the pattern is not straight, or non-right-angled, forming a twill pattern.
5. Bow yarn: bow warp or bow weft (both woven and knitted, often caused by uneven tension.
6. Roving: The thick weft or bow weft caused by the use of weft yarn in the weaving process may also be caused by other factors
7. Spots, particles: When the weft yarn is used up, a tail knots into the fabric, hooking it out leaves a gap in the fabric
8. Flying color: A. Yarn or fabric color B. Like dyed matter, the cause is caused by imitation yarn or sundries and flying dust in the weaving process
9. Colored fabric: There are many colored fabrics. The colored yarn of the woven fabric disappears when it passes through the loom, and the color is left on the loom, which will make the fabric flower shape and incomplete pattern.
If the color is lowered, it will also cause bad patterns and flower shapes
10. Less color: During the printing process, when the color is wide, the color is not stained on the cloth due to unevenness.
11. Color stain: During the printing process, it is stained or the pattern is destroyed
12. Crease: Different from weaving, it may run through the entire fabric, while crease is only for finished product inspection, and it is difficult to remove it in the subsequent process due to the folding of the fabric during the folding process.
13. Straight gear: Cheese cloth, caused by the extrusion during the dyeing process, the cloth surface is straight gear
14. Hanging scriptures: because the cloth surface tension of the loom is too high, which exceeds the normal requirements, it is usually caused by broken ends.
15. Reed Road: Show holes and less stitches due to the relationship between the needle and the reed
16. Weft shrinkage: the lack of tension after the weft yarn of the shuttleless loom enters causes the weft yarn to be uneven
17. Dry marks in printing: Due to the relationship between the scraper, it is not cleaned well, usually leaving long marks
18. Less yarn: the weaving and knitting machine is still running when the yarn is broken
19. Flying flowers: caused by the flying of impurities during the spinning process, the yarn is impure
20. Full rungs (defects): 2-3 times per 100 yards are allowed for the visible defects in the entire row side to side. If there are more than 3 places, it will be regarded as a downgrade. If these defects appear within 6 yards, the 6 should be deducted. number of yards
21. Heald drop: general fabric sling breaks, resulting in damage to the weaving pattern 22. Hole: damage or hole
23. Long menstrual period: the automatic devices for warp stop of various looms are absent or out of order, resulting in the machine still running during the long menstrual period.
24. Shrinkage: Wrinkles when it is not warm, usually more at the two ends. When the cloth is unfolded, it will appear as wrinkles and waves. Sometimes when the cloth is inspected on the cloth inspection machine, if the rollers below
A little tighter, these defects will be missed
25. Mixed yarn: fiber or yarn count, errors are woven into the cloth, the cloth looks a little thick or thin, if the fiber is different, the color of the finished product is also different
26. Needle path: due to the bending of the needle, the needle mark of the needle is usually in the vertical direction
27. Pinhole: used for positioning during post-processing
28. Printing misalignment: Because the printing cylinders are not synchronized, the color position is wrong, and the misalignment
29. Pulping: too much dye in this position due to downtime during the printing process
30. Wrinkles: during the pre-shrinking process, it causes wrinkles, shrinkage, etc.
31. Reed path: the reed path of the entire pattern due to inconsistent or wrong reed numbers
32. Poor meridian: the knitted fabric has a vertical meridian due to poor needles, sharp needles, and skipped stitches.
33. Short warp: Knitted fabrics have fewer needles due to broken needles, and usually have a warp broken self-stop device
34. Creases: The fabric folds are not printed when they pass through the printing machine
35. Back printing: During the printing process, the cloth below is reverse printed onto the cloth due to printing pressure
36. Loose edge or long edge: The edge of the selvage is longer than the body of the fabric, causing the fabric to wrinkle and wave when pulling the fabric.
37. Concave-convex edge: Due to the regularity of entry and exit, the edge of the cloth is not straight, which will cause the cloth on both sides to be tight and loose.
1. The tightness of the shuttle is also different during weaving
38. Tight side: The length of the side of the cloth is shorter than the body of the cloth, which causes ripples when the cloth is piled up.
39. Broken edge: Under normal circumstances, the cloth is stretched to widen the width of the cloth during the opening process of the open-width machine, resulting in repeated edge damage.
40. Folding: During the process of folding or rolling, the edge of the fabric is automatically folded up or down, and at the same time it is normally rolled into it.
41. Color profile: The horizontally obvious color profile of the cloth may be caused by the stoppage of the machine during the dyeing process or the stoppage of the post-processing machine.
42. Color shift: Refers to the color difference under normal circumstances, which can be sudden or gradual, which is not considered a definite color shift.
43. Color file: The color of the cloth or edge on both sides is different from that in the middle. the
44. Inclined road: Woven or knitted, the warp and weft directions are not shaped, resulting in twill lines.
45. Thick yarn: usually caused by thick yarn or cotton lint.
46. Piece knot: two pieces put together.
47. Stain: lack of color, or stains caused by various reasons.
48. Stain (file): During the dyeing process, too much color paste adheres to the cloth, or it is not related to the cloth itself, but it is caused by too much paste absorption.
49. Twill pattern: the irregularity of knitting in this area caused by the weft yarn of the knitted fabric being broken and loose.
50. Color streaks: Streaks that can be clearly seen during the dyeing or post-processing process caused by extrusion or cloth creases.
51. Reed mark: Due to the bad weft yarn, the reed is damaged, resulting in slight or severe stripes in the weaving process, which will lead to uneven dyeing.
52. Thin weft: In the weaving process, there are few wefts or the beating is too light, resulting in thin wefts.
53. Water stains: due to the long time of wet cloth stacking, the color shift of water stains causes spots

RH551T-12 real-time collection and processing system for fabric inspection data

REHOW has an efficient and professional service team, dedicated to providing customers with high-quality consultation and after-sales service. REHOW Machinery Co., Ltd. has developed a real-time collection and processing system for cloth inspection data to meet their needs. Compared with other Chinese cloth inspection machine manufacturers, rehow has an experienced technical team, our advantage lies in providing customized solutions and providing the best service for every customer.

We will install the software into the computer and connect the computer with the machine, after receiving our machine, the operator needs to identify 24 defects into the software in the computer, the computer will record some general information input, such as date , order, shift, operator name. When the operator finds a defect during the inspection, manually shut down, select the defect on the operation panel and give a penalty of 1-4 severity. The computer records the type, location and severity of the detection. The printer prints the result.

We will provide the complete system, including software system, industrial computer, printer, in order to guide customers to use our system, we have prepared instruction videos in our youtube.
