4. Operation process description
●Row Knife
According to the slitting width, it is necessary to arrange the knives.
1. Press the knife advance and retreat button on the control panel to press down the hot knife and fit it with the roller shaft.
2. Open the mechanical door cover on the right, and adjust the pressure screw of the hot cutter so that the blade just touches the roller shaft.
3. Stick the tape measure on the roller shaft and place it above the hot cutter.

●Temperature speed setting

● trial cut
Press the switch of the forward and backward knife, and try to cut the cloth by hand. When the cut length can touch the fabric receiving shaft, press the switch of the forward and backward knife to stop.
● Receiving preparation
When the cloth strips cut out can meet the requirements, cut off the uncut fabric at the beginning, tighten the front end of the cloth strips, stagger up and down in order, and stick them to the receiving paper circle with adhesive tape. Tie the edge of the selvage to the edge material shaft ⑤, and coil it well.
● start cutting
1. Press the switch of the forward and backward knife, and close the knife to cut the material.
2. During the operation process, pay attention to whether the cut cloth can meet the requirements; whether the tightness of the receiving material is moderate; whether the winding is neat.
3. After the material cutting operation is stable, the speed can be adjusted and the temperature should be adjusted appropriately.
● Shutdown for unloading
1. When there are about 2 meters left in the fabric, turn off the potentiometer switch on the speed control frequency, and press the forward and backward knife switch to stop.
2. Cut off the uncut fabric at the end, and stick the cloth strip to the cloth roll with adhesive tape to prevent it from falling apart.
3. Remove the fabric receiving shaft, place it on the unloading rack of the workbench, turn it downward with a little force to loosen the rolled cloth strip, and pull out the latex strip.
4. Push out the cloth roll, fold it and pack it.
● Pay attention to cooling
When the machine works for a long time, in order to prevent the rollers in contact with the cutter from overheating, the cooling water pump should be turned on to keep the rollers at a low temperature when cutting materials. Pay attention to adding water to the water tank; the motor is reversed (please refer to the mark on the motor body), if it is found to be reversed, any two of the three 380V incoming lines can be reversed.
