The large package mechanism of the loom means that after the fabric is drawn out of the weaving area, it passes through the cloth guide roller to form a larger package on the cloth winding roller. Cloth length can be increased. The large package mechanism has become a common supporting facility for high-end and high-speed looms in recent years. The use of large rolls is the development direction of the cloth machine. How to reasonably arrange the position of the weaving beam is the key issue. It is related to the tension adjustment of the entire warp beam and involves the arrangement and model of the machine. Generally speaking, it can be divided into two categories: Inward development and outward development. (1) Develop into the machine. The advantage is that the size of the car is less, but the problem is that there are many parts to be changed. The source of the accessories in the future will be solved by yourself, which will destroy the original layout of the loom and have side effects. Difficulty; and when the cloth roll in the machine is too large, it is difficult for the operator to operate, and the space for increasing the cloth roll is limited. (2) Develop outside the machine. It is simple to detach the cloth rolling device from the main body of the loom. The original mechanism of the loom can be basically unchanged or changed little, which is convenient to meet the different needs of users or equipment transformation. The problem is that the length of the loom is much smaller, and the tension adjustment is easy to exceed. limits and thus have an impact on quality. But the diameter of its cloth roll can be made very large. Large packages are generally selected to develop outside the machine. In the large take-up device outside the machine, according to whether the movement of the cloth roll is related to the main movement of the loom, the large take-up device can be divided into two types: linkage type and independent type.

1. Selection of the position of the cloth roll The large coiling device is divided into two types: inside the machine and outside the machine. The original layout of the loom will be destroyed due to the development of the inside of the machine, and the vibration of the parts will be increased at the same time, so that the upper, lower shaft and the stop The operation is difficult, and the space for increasing the cloth volume is limited. This design requires that the diameter of the cloth roll can reach more than 1000mm, which will further worsen the shortcomings of the cloth rolling device in the machine and even fail to meet the requirements at all. Here, select the fabric winding device outside the machine for winding. 2. Selection of cloth winding power supply mode for cloth winding device outside the machine There are two schemes for cloth winding power: 1) supplied by the loom mother machine; 2) setting an independent motor. Since the configuration of an independent motor will not only increase the cost, but also require a transmission chain with a large transmission ratio to complicate the structure of the cloth winding device, and because the power required for cloth winding is not very large, it is designed to be powered by the loom mother machine. Here Chain transmission is used for long-distance transmission. The transmission ratio of the transmission chain from the parent machine to the cloth roll is determined according to the condition that the friction clutch just does not have friction or has a little friction when there is basically no cloth on the cloth roll at the beginning.
The transmission mode of cloth winding roller can be divided into peripheral transmission type and axial transmission type. Due to the outer peripheral transmission type, it is necessary to design a set of friction rollers that drive the rotation of the cloth roll by the friction force of the outer circumference, and in order to prevent the force between the fabric package and the friction roller from changing due to the increase in the weight of the package, generally do not allow The friction roller bears the load, and the weight of the fabric package is borne by other devices (such as hydraulic devices), because as the cloth roll increases, its axis position continues to move upwards, which requires the load-bearing device to change accordingly from time to time, which in turn will Make whole cloth rolling device become huge and complicated. Therefore, the shaft center transmission type is selected, and its structure is simple.
