The weaving beam/warping beam is mainly composed of shaft core, disk, fixed ring, shaft head, gear and other components. The main standards are:
1. The overall interchangeability is strong: the same batch of weaving shafts produced, all parts can be interchanged, which is convenient for users to assemble, repair and accessories
2. Accuracy requirements after assembly: the runout of the shaft plate to the shaft core is <0.8mm, and the vertical runout of the disc is less than 0.5/1000

1. Aluminum disc: ZL104 high-strength aluminum alloy
2. Shaft core: seamless steel pipe Φ180, steel grade 20#, all of which are domestic famous and high-quality products (Shagang, Baosteel), with high tensile strength and high elongation; equipped with 45# forged boring head
3. Gear: Nodular cast iron QT500-7, good wear resistance
4. Fixed ring: nodular cast iron QT500-7, high hardness and high strength
The main production process of weaving beam/warping beam
1. Aluminum disc: metal steel mold casting, one-piece molding; processed by precision CNC machine tools; aging treatment
Good wear resistance after surface anodizing treatment, will not fade
2. Shaft core: precision lathe processing, and galvanized passivation treatment
3. Gear: processed by precision milling machine, matched with the shaft body, and treated with anti-rust paint
4. Fixed ring: precision CNC lathe processing, good fit with shaft core thread
